In this fertile soil, growth comes in natural cycles. In tending my delicate creations, I must prepare with optimism, yet learn to accept unanticipated conditions of frost, floods, or draught. I do not own these fields or the sky. I’m a migrant worker here.
Today, I will nurture the living things in this garden according to what is needed for wholeness. The harvest will taste all the sweeter.
