It's My Blog's Birthday Today (April 23)

When I started this blog last year, I put a pop-up reminder on my calendar for it's anniversary. It was just a lark to do that, but now I'm glad I did, as it's a chance for me to reflect on what's become a major part of my routine. I love blogging! It's really made the process of writing fluid and easy for me.

It's also been a lovely way to connect with people. From your feedback and comments, I've learned a lot about you. You've told me what's made you think, what's made you laugh, and what has touched your heart. You're so sweet and encouraging. Thank you for reading and telling me what you get out of it.

I pulled up some reports to see what the year's most popular posts were, based on the number of page views from inbound website visitors:

1. The Inspirational Video Called "212 Degrees"
2. My story about the stages of grief when my iPod died.
3. The step-by-step tutorial on how to start a blog and "Be Geeky Like Me"
4. My favorite tools list on Strategic Planning with a Wall Calender System.
5. An eco-article on "Why I'll Never Buy Figi Water Again."

For fun today, I went to Astrodienst.com to check my blog's free astrology profile.

Some of you astrology buffs can probably shed even more light on it, but here's what I see:

Sun in Taurus (grounded & hard-working)
Ascendant in Virgo (detailed and beautiful)
Moon in Pisces (emotionally fluid)
Mercury in Aries (fast communication)
Venus in Pisces (aspiring towards mysticism)
Mars in Cancer (marketed with humor & emotion)

Lots of water element! In fact, I think that's a Grand Trine in water you can see in the picture. If so, then it matches me, because I have a Grand Trine in water in my natal chart, too.

It is fun to blog (well I like the term journal), and I never would have thought so. I have really enjoyed writing too, as well as connecting with other minds. It is inspiring to see what others are doing and thinking.
